Silmeriel's arrow flew straight and true from her bow. No one would make it back to the compound to warn them of the company's arrival.

Elwen jumped down from her position, and stepped into the dark shed. When her eyes adjusted to the dim light, she noticed two crumpled shapes on the floor. She turned away to face Aerin, and without asking any questions, said quietly, "What do you propose we do now?"

Wiping the dirt from his face, Aérin looked over to Arandil who was breathing heavily, looking down at the strewn bodies beneath him. At length he turned to face Elwen. 'We have to keep going. The other guard headed in that direction. We can only assume that's where the main compound will be.' He turned to see Silmeriel emerging from the crevice and giving Aérin a successful nod in which Aérin returned before moving to examine the easterling's shed.
'The shed is scantily equipped. The compound must be nearby, no more than a couple of miles.'

Malrid felt the cool breeze on his face as they walked out, his feet draging on the floor leaving a trail behind him. They came to the cells and before he was thrown in the guards gave him a few more punches to the gut for good measure. He tried to fight back but was easily thrown into the cell. His head hit the ground hard and he soon lost focus on the world around him. The door closed and Malrid lay on the floor bloody and beaten. He clutched at his stomach and wished the pain away. Sleep eventualy took hold of him, he thought it best to try and get some sleep and maybe feel better later.

A lone figure approached one of the prison cells, it was that of a man. Grumbling the Easterling reached for an animal skin pouch attached to his sash. Rummaging through the pouch, he soon found what he was looking for… A key. Taking the key, he turned the lock to the cell and entered with the prisoners’ rations in hand… Absentmindedly leaving the key in the lock. -------------------- (Meh... I know the post is no good, but its the best I could do. )

Alaria had a split second of eye contact with Agrim as the guard entered. She was sitting in a corner, and apparently, as of yet, the guard hadn’t seen her. She nodded to Agrim, as she saw the chance of them to escape. This could very well be the ‘something’ the dwarf had talked about earlier. Swiftly she motioned to the cell door and reached for the key.

*Agrim's hand brushed against the small knife he had stuck in his belt and made himself ready*

In a trice the Easterling sprang after the captive in a rage, dropping all that was in his hands.
He hurled the woman hard against the wooden door, causing her to become breathless momentarily. Taking advantage of this, he snatched her by the hair and tossed her across the room, where she fell with a rather loud crash.
“You filthy no good…” The Easterling snarled through gritted teeth whilst unsheathing a curved blade, his intent clear.
-------------------------------------
Naur tread through the encampment hurriedly, taking care to keep out of sight of any who may be watching and gave a quick nod to those he did run into.
He finally came within sight of a couple of buildings, these were that of prison cells. Still being a good distance away, the cell guards did not notice his presence.
This is it… Now or never.
Naur chose a bow and arrow from the pile of weapons he acquired from the boss. Notching the bow, he aimed for the neck of an unsuspecting guard and then quickly notched it again and aimed for the neck of his companion… The arrows hit their mark.
Striding over to the now lifeless forms, Naur drug them both to the back of the buildings which faced a small hill and left them there after searching for anything of value on them.
Finding only two keys (which belonged the prison cells), he made his way back to the front of the buildings.
Before Naur could decide upon what to do next he heard a loud crash coming from instead one of the cells, he hurriedly unlocked the door and threw it open…
To his surprise, an Easterling stood over one of the captives with blade in hand ready to strike at any given moment… And furthermore the captive was Alaria!
Caught off guard the man stood over the captive dumbfounded for a minute before deciding to attack the intruder. In a simple move, the man brought his blade down toward Naur.
With ease Naur dodged the attack and took the opening to unsheathe his sword whilst dropping the rest of the weapons beside the door.
Before the man could give any reaction to this, Naur launched his sword at the man hard and fast attempting to disarm him… It worked, the weapon flew clear across the room.
“Wait… We are supposed to be on the same side, fighting together not against each other. She is the enemy, not me.” The man said in utter desperation, seeing how hopeless his situation was.
“That is what I used to think,” Naur said almost to himself, with a little hesitation he shoved his sword into the torso of the Easterling, who crumpled to the floor…. Dead.
Stepping over the body of the Easterling he walked over to Alaria and upon approaching her stooped down to where she lay on the floor where the Easterling had left her.
“Before you do anything…” Naur said turning back to look at the dwarf in the corner.
“I want you to know that I am sorry for bringing you here, and am sorry for driving your friend here as well.
I now see what you see in my people, and I want to help you and your companions… That is, if you would ever trust me again.”

After a few moments, Alaria had got her breath back enough to talk. She looked at Naur with a glare. 'You want... to help us?' she asked, with a bit of sarcasm in her voice. 'How do you expect me to believe such a sudden change of heart? I do not see how you would expect to gain my trust, and for the time being, your apology is not accepted. However...' She looked at Agrim, then back to Naur, realizing how fast this action had gone and sighed. 'I thank you for saving my life.'

There was silence in the room for several minutes, all seemed deep in thought…
Naur then uncovered the dagger that belonged to Alaria and before handing it to her said, “I came here to help you and your friend escape. Whether you decide to accompany me or not is up to you.”
Soon afterward, he rose to his feet and made ready to leave.

Agrim stood up in his cell, pulling out the knife he had taken from one of the guards. "Get me a better weapon and I will leave with you" he said quietly, "Even if this is a trick, ive been sitting in this cell for a long time and i want to get out."

“Master dwarf, I do indeed have a weapon for you… I believe it once belonged to you or one of the dwarf kind.” Naur replied reaching for the axe that he had found in the boss’s quarters. “There are but two ways to do this… We can scale the cliff behind this cell or we can cross through the camp to the gates.” He paused to think the matter over then said, “I for one favor scaling the cliff, the only problem with this is how to go about doing it. Considering the cliff is steep and I have no rope.” After saying this, he handed the axe over to the dwarf. ------------------------------------ ((I hope my post is all right or at least understandable. *is tired*))

Travelling in the dead of night as silently as the cool breeze, Aérin and the others had managed to reach the encampment. All seemed still, yet the ranger knew that keen easterling eyes peered out from unseen enemies. 'The foolish easterlings, they leave n-one to guard their gates!' Exclaimed a further restless Arandil. 'Wait!' Replied Aérin sternly. 'I do not think this enemy should be taken so lightly. They're watching... that much can be certain. What we need is a distraction of somekind. Something to draw out their defences whilst we sneak in and get our friends out alive... If they're alive.'
High above, pitched against the high iron cliffs, a crow let out a shrill cry, chilling the blood of those who could hear her.

The council had been long and deliberate... Yet finally action would be taken.
The mighty gates of Minas Tirith rumbled and groaned in protest... finally giving way to a company 700 strong. A small force sent out consisting of Elves and Men alike. Led by Prince Imrhain of Dol Amroth, son of Lord Imrahil of the south coast. The silver banner of the white tree held high aloft...
Imrhain was charged by the council of captains to travel to the desolate lands of Mordor and investigate rumours of stirrings in the barrens. A task that which no man would ask but which Imrhain took on with pride and courage.

"Well," said the dwarf now grinning, "then we will have to get some rope."
