Silmeriel quickly mounted Silmaril, calling Toria and Leisa to stay nearby (they're my falcons), seeing that the others wanted to keep moving.

Aérin looked at his companions with renewed vigour and hope. With the horses they would be able to make far better ground. It wasn't just that though, it was the sight of the allies, of his kinsmen that stirred the embers in Aérin's heart. They were no longer alone...
'Let's get moving, with any luck we'll get to Alaria before any harm comes to her.' With that Aérin kicked at the side of his steed and it spurred into action... racing into the distance...

Silmeriel raced along, matching Turin's horse stride of stride, as her own horse' strides ate up the distance between them and her friend.

Alaria frowned worried and looked around. Who would this 'boss' be? She moved on, as the other Easterling led Naur and herself into the Easterling encampment.

Malrid picked up the pace, he was gaining. Just as he was running through the trees he felt the floor beneath him crumble. He fell ten feet into a purpose built pit. He lifted his head off the ground coughing and splutering, wiping leaves from his brow. He managed to get to his knees and look up. He saw three figures looking down at him. "Who are you?!" Malrid called. He got no response and felt a dart hit him sharply in his shoulder. He pulled it out and looked at it. Then the posion kicked in and he fell to his side falling into a sleep. He had no energy to resist it. The last thing he recalled was a growling voice saying "Get him to the camp".

the company pounded on with all the speed they could muster from the newly aquired horses... The tracks behneath grew slightly fresher, a light drizzle started overhead, freshening up the senses of the 4 hunters... after a stint of chasing, Aérin stopped his horse and got off to examine the ground...
He stooped low and examined the soft soil... 'Hmmm... the tracks get mixed up a little now. There seems to be a number of tracks going to and fro. We're close.' Aérin said with a low tone.

"Good." Silmeriel replied grimly.

As they traveled, Elwen grew quiet. She wondered what they would find when they reached their destination...she wondered what their destination was.

Aérin slowed his pace a litle and trotted alongside Elwen for a moment.
'You seem troubled Elwen? What is on your mind fair maiden of the first race?'

Elwen gave Aerin a strained smile. "Little escapes you, ranger." She paused. "My concerns are only what troubles the mind of each of us. Where Alaria is, whether or not we will find her...if she is even alive." She looked at Aerin, attempting to turn the subject to someone other than herself. "How are you faring? I can't imagine you are completely healed already."

As the threesome made their way through the encampment, Naur looked over the area… It had undergone much improvement since he had been there last.
Now there were numerous temporary living-quarters and other such places to keep the occasional prisoner. As well as more buildings, there were more men, all of which did their part to keep the camp in good shape.
The majority of them were keeping watch, forging new weapons and armor or mending old ones, healing the wounded, or tending to the animals… Everything seemed under control.
Before long, the Easterling leading Naur and Alaria stopped in front of one of the bigger buildings.
“Well, here you are… I’ll be getting back to my post now. Wouldn‘t want any of her kind to sneak in, eh?” The Easterling said while looking at Alaria in disgust. He then promptly turned around and strode off.
Grabbing hold of her arm, Naur walked toward the building’s door. Upon reaching it, Alaria paused momentarily in apprehension. However, she recovered quickly and opened the door, stepping inside…
In one corner of the room sat a man, he was leaning back in his chair with his feet on a nearby table… Accompanied by two other Easterlings.
“Sir--” Naur began, but before he could even start his sentence the man spoke up.
“Naur, there is a man, one of us, who is asking for you… A traitor. Do you know anything about this?” The boss said upon taking a glance at the both of them. He gradually stood up and walked over to them until he was face to face with Naur.
“No sir.” Naur replied quietly.
After thinking the matter over, the boss spoke once again, “Who is this you have with you?” “One of the enemy, sir. I came upon her just outside of Mirkwood.”
“Is that right?” The boss mused, turning his attention to Alaria, and after looking her up and down, said, “I want you to find out what this man, this traitor, wants with you… I can handle her.”
“Yes sir.” Naur replied hesitantly.
“You, show him to the cell.” The boss said to one of the other Easterlings, who had been enjoying a meal up to this point.
With a grunt, the Easterling rose to his feet, apparently rather annoyed with having to escort someone to a cell (or anywhere else for that matter) in the middle of a meal… Shuffling across the room, he met up with Naur and the both of them walked out of the building, closing the door behind them.
After walking a short ways, they halted in front of a small building… For reasons unknown to Naur, no one kept watch over it.
“Here…” The Easterling said, while pushing a key into Naur’s hand, “Be careful with this one… Out of his mind, he is.” With that he left Naur alone.
Taking a deep breath, Naur approached the cell’s door with caution… And after a few minutes, decided he would finally unlock it. Stepping inside, he closed the door behind him, leaving little to no light in the cell.
“I’ve been expecting you…” Said a voice from somewhere in the room.
“What do you want with me?”
---------------------------------------------------
After the two men left the room, and closed the door behind them, the boss motioned for the other Easterling to come over… But, before the Easterling had gone so much as one step, the door to the building opened once again.
“What is the meaning of this?” The boss asked questioningly, annoyed at being interrupted again. “Sorry, sir. Its just that we found another one of them in the pit.” A young man replied, rather excited of his find.
As the young Easterling said this his companions came in with a man (Malrid), and roughly threw him to his knees.
A smile came over the boss’s face, “So, shall we do this the easy way or the hard way? Its for you to decide.”
---------------------------------------------------- ((OCC: Sorry for taking so long to post... By the way, I have permission to RP as the other Easterlings, as well as being allowed to powerplay Alaria a bit.))

Alaria stared in utter confusion as she saw who came in. 'Malrid!' she exclaimed and motioned toward him to help.

Aérin gave a strained smile. 'The wound is still clear in my mind but with the sight of my kin I have renewed hope and vigour. We no longer fight this battle alone!'
The company still headed north with all speed. An icy breeze fell from the mountains ahead. The Tracks the company were following became more mingled and confusing. Some led to anf from the main track. Aérin and the others could only hope that the main path led to Alaria.

Aérin was right, the addition of horses and another companion was encouraging. More so for him, Elwen realized, they were his own kin.
