Rorak, regaining his composure, could feel the evil presence before him. 'Be gone foul spartan! Go back to the pits whence you came!' You will not harm this one! No longer!!!'
Laranna drew her bow and nocked an arrow and aimed it at Queen Mab, "harm the human and you will regret it Mab." Laranna was not about to let this Dark witch hurt anyone who had been kind to her. Laranna continued to hold her bow steady. She glanced over at the Shade but then returned her stony gaze to Queen Mab the added, "and leave the Selke alone as well." Laranna knew she couldn't do much daamge to Mab in her current form, but that didn't faze her in the least.
Mab cackled and then hissed, "I am immortal. Your arrows do not frighten me. And most druids," she continued looking Laranna up and down, "worship me as a goddess. I can see you are an exception . . in many things. Oh yes, in many things . ." Mab turned to Rorak. "I'll leave, you old fool, if you stay out of my business this time! But remember, I'll be watching. I'm always watching." And with that she exited in a bolt of lightening.
Laranna put the arrow and ehr bow away as Mab disappeared, and Laranna rolled her eyes. Laranna knew she was diffrent already, considering the fact that she was one of the few Druids who had been born with what seemed like the natural ability to weild the bow and change forms. Laranna looked at the Selke then towards the human, she felt sorry for bnoth of them, since one had been cursed by Mab and the other mentally tortured as far as Laranna could tell.
Breathing deeply Rorak began to drag himself off the ground and fumble aimlessly for a chair. Propping himself up, the oldman seemed to have aged terribly since the coming of the evil goddess. Gradually the colour returned to his face and his laboured breath soon calmed.
'She... She has become more powerful than even I can comprehend...'
He lifted his head this way and that, in a vain attempt to feel his surroundings.
(( If you've seen the recent Star Wars..You'll remember how Anakin thought he was the greatest jedi and how he could take anyone down. I'm going to portray this in Aodhain. )) Aodhain managed to pick herself up off the floor and shaked the electrocution feeling out of her arm. " Old fool?! She has no right to talk that way towards you, Rorak! Oh in the name of the heavens..I shouldn't have smoked. " She shook her head and glared towards the window. " She knows nothing of me and my power, I will defeat her! She cannot compare to a shade!" Something came over Aodhain and as soon as it had come it left. " Well.." she started, her voice sounding like an aged old woman's. " I visit my mentor, meet a person that obviously is hostile to me, pledges to save a skin, and cut off the head of a so called goddess. " She chuckled. " and not even in half of an hour. " She walked briskly to Rorak and stood behind him. " D'ya think the stealing of the skin and Queen Mab are connected?" she asked. " It would explain a lot..except for uhh..whole..impregnating business..." she said, her words muffled. " The sooner we get this going the better. Daylight can be hazardous to my people. Me thinks stopping at the old home..Perhaps there would be some shades willing to help. But it a while off. I could perhaps use some help. What say you? Any venture for an adventure?" she joked.

'I suspect Queen Mab has indeed stolen the skin of the selke and infact impregnated her. The offspring would be powerful indeed...
Aodhain, you must be careful, remember what you have learned, use your powers for good. She will try to corrupt your heart, promises you false dawns... you cannot listen to her treacherous ways. I will try and look over you from here but I cannot go... I'm too old.
I must speak to you again before you leave... I'll be downstairs.'
With that Rorak ambled his way out the room, leaving Aodhain to discuss the journey with the others.
Laranna smiled slightly at the Shade's offer. Laranna knew it to be a joke. Laranna suddenly asked the Shade, 'what is your name? Mine Is Laranna . Unlike most Druids i wish for peace between the Shades and Druids...after all we have to live in the same neighborhood." Laranna smield slightly atteh Shade, she knew of the great dislike between the two races and she wished for it to cease.
Aodhain blinked and ran her tongue over her filed teeth. " Aodhain . " She said, pursing her lips. " My Shaden name given to me at birth shall be unknown..those who know it may use it against me. " Aodhain swallowed and looked Laranna square in the eye. " For ages.." she started, fingering the chair in front of her. " Our people....Our families have lived not even a ocean away. It is well known Shades and Druids live away from the rest of the society..They have always battled each other...being the closest tribes for leagues. Long has hate run through our veins. Perhaps, we can withstand killing each other for atleast half of this journey. " Aodhain winked a raised her eyebrows definatly.
Tentatively wandering into his workshop, Rorak moved with unerring accuracy toward an old cask. Taking a small golden key he opened the cask and removed a finely adorned golden scabbard, housing a beautiful blade made of pure diamond. The sword rang a shrill note as Rorak drew it and ran his old hands across the blade. Infused with the holy powers running through the viens of Thu'skas Rorak, the blade was more powerful than anyone knew.

((ok i have a new character to be joined let me kill off Eilnys and bring my new character in))
"Come on do something, don't hold me in suspence" Eilnys whispered quietly as the centaur hid in the rocks and the starnger trying to look for her, just then Irina shot an arrow at the figure it grazed the strangers arm and it let out a groan of pain and started towards the centuar, his bow drawn he paused for a second and then hid in a bush. Eilnys sat and watched the starnger the rain still thundering down her hair now plastered over her face, she knew he was going to hurt Irina, Eilnys saw him clipp a arrow onto the bow and aim, Eilnys sat holding her breath waiting to hear the bow to twang and the arrow to go shooting through the glade towards Irina, just then her worst fears came true she heared the twang of the bow and the arrow shooting through the glade, Eilnys didn't hesitate she jumped down in the path of the arrow, she gasped as the arrow peirced though her heart, she flung her hand and gripped her fingers round the arrow and pulled it out, the arrow head covered in her blood, she let out a cry as she looked down she collapsed to the floor a puddle of blood forming round her, her breathing became heavy and slower as it became hard to breath pain shooting through with every intake, she closed her eyes as her life slipped away slowly from her body so this is what dying is like she thought calmly, she had never been afraid of anything and this was no exception, to her this was just another adventure another part off her life there was nothing to fear off death. She took her last breath for the last time she ever would, the arrow slipped out of her fingers and landed on the floor splashing slightly in her blood, it didn't stain of leave a mark, it lingered only momentarilly then was washed away from the gushing rain water that was pouring down from the heavens. Darnys felt that her misstress was in trouble and flew down into the clearing, she looked down at Eilnys who wqsa lying motionless on the floor a arrow lying next to her, she let out a soft moan and nudged Eilnys with her nose Eilnys flopped over like a rag doll, Darnys let out another groan but much more fierce this time, only a single tear dropped down from the dragon landing with a splash onto Eilnys' face, still she made no movement. And thus passes the Lady Eilnys Pegason

Only her father is still alive as her mother dies giving birth to her and her siblings. Though her father hates her because she is the only girl and he wanted all boys, she always has her brothers to protect her if she is close to a beating. As she grew older she started to learn that she had powers to control elements and weather and brought herself up in the druid ways of magic and life. Alivyre walked through the tree's silently, pushing back the branches that got into her path the occasional bramble or thorne scratching her, but she just kept going without pausing or hesitating. She heared Thorwen screaching every now and then, swooping in and out of the tree's, Alivyre rolled her eyes as the falcon showed off. Finally after awhile of treking through the tree's she finally came through the the glade where she had left Ecplise her black stallion, she clicked her toungue and the stallion padded over to her, his ebony coat gleaming in the light, Alivyre pulled herself onto Eclipse's bareback "it's ok my old friend, you will be able to walk through safetly with my guidence, i found a cottage that look un-used though i did hear voices coming from within" she spoke calmly stroking the horses' neck gently as Eclipse moved forward with Alivyre's guidence. After another long treck re tracing her footsteps she finally re-emerged to the cottage, it had finally become dusk and lights had been lit in the builing, the voices had grown quieter. "Thorwen fly up to the windowsill up there and watch what's happening" she whispered to the falcon that was hovering abover her, the falcon let out aonther ear splittling screech and flew over to the windowsill and peered into a room full of 3 people, A shade, a selke and a druid.

Aodhain nodded and raised her eyebrows. " Right." she said, her words as hard as stone. Giving a slight bow, she turned on her heel and walked quickly down the stairs to meet Rorak. " Rorak?" she called.
Rorak turned to meet the sweet voice of Aodhain. 'My young friend,' he rasped, whilst extending a frail hand which Aodhain duly took. 'This is the hour of your reckoning. You have to face Mab, you have the power but your soul is not tested. Remember my teachings and draw upon your powers for good.' He stopped for a moment, bringing forth the diamond blade. 'This blade, is the finest blade I ever made, in her is inherant most of my powers. I have not named her... that is for you to decide. Aodhain, this sword will help you defeat Mab, the dark queen cannot wield it without great suffering to her body, it is blessed.'
Rorak tenttively handed over the beautifully crafted weapon.
'One more thing, go to the Weeping Woods, find the one they call Caláio. Give him this scroll, he will fight along side you until your quest be filled, or his life be taken.'
Rorak rested more of his lightweight on Aodhain's body, he faced the ground, thier was almost an expression of fear and sadness in his eyes. 'I always knew this day would come. You've grown so much since we first met. You have a special heart my young friend, it's time you shared it with the world, it's time you made a difference.'
((OOC: this is basically the end of Rorak's involvment in the RPG, he'll turn up once in a while when least expected but other than that the old man just need to put his feet up and leave the eternal struggle against darkness to other ppl! I'll be posting a charry descript of my new charry, Caláio soon.))
Aodhain gazed upon the sword with a look of reverence in her eyes and face. She smiled gently and gave Rorak a firm hug. " Rorak, I cannot thank you enough." Aodhain knelt on the floor in front of Rorak, a sign of respect. " I will defeat her.." she said in a rasped voice. Suddenly the color drained from her face." She will not overcom-" Aodhain gasped and the color returned. " I will find this Caláio." she said smiling. " And I---we will not fail." She stood up and gave Rorak a reassuring smile. " Thank you once again. " She stepped back and swung the diamond blade, careful not to knock anything over. She gave a toothy grin and called to the folk upstairs. " Come on you laggers. We've got a goddess to kill and a skin to steal! "
