Yes, believe it or not, there will be someone from LotR in the upcoming Narnia movie. No, sorry, Orli isn't going to play Prof. Kirk . It's someone very...different... *drum roll* Kiran Shah-- remember him from LotR? One of the hobbit scale-doubles?-- is going to play the Witch's dwarf! Check it out: www.narniaweb.com/casting.asp

yeah....when is it coming out? i've heard narnia before....but from where? Well The Chronicals of Narnia are books by C.S. Lewis. The most famous one is The Lion the Witch and the Wardrobe I can't wait for these films. The Narnia books were my favourite books from when I was 7 up till I read LOTR.

Narnia is a land in another world...a fantacy series created by CS Lewis, one of Tolkien's best friends and a fellow Inkling... you can learn more www.narnia.com too I hope that the movie will be good...wish they were starting with The Magicians Nephew since that's first chronilogically...and then they'd get to Horse and His Boy sooner Apparently, WETA is involved (you know they were involved in LotR), and they're filming in New Zealand, so it should be great! I can't wait to see how Kiran Shah's acting is. Hopefully we'll see him actually speak in here too

That's wierd so many people havn't heard of them. Maybe theyre more popular in the UK.
Anyway the Lion the Witch and the Wardrobe is about 4 kids who go through a wardrobe in a magiacl world called Narnia. The rest are their (and a few other children's) further adventures in Narnia.
The books are also symbolic for Christianity e.g. Aslan(who is a lion) is meant to stand for Jesus.

I think the best place to find out about Narnia is www.narniafans.com. If you can't find the info you want on the site, you can always join the forums and ask the forum members! There's a wealth of information in them! I happen to be a forum member (Between_the_Worlds) and that's why I know. Check out the site if you're curious.
