I would say the large community. It is really like a family here. There are so many people that now each other from coming here and have formed good friendships. Before I came here I thought a website was basically only something you go to visit and find out information on. A-U.com has made a website into so much more than that.

there is lots to do here! whenever my friends say they are bored i say im not becuz im always on here! lol lots to talk about on here lots of choices of wt you can do and lots of choices on how to show how good your are on things!

Other- I couldn't just pick one. Your layouts are always beautiful, there is a large, loving community, there is a variety of sections, everything is updated regularly, and a dedicated webmaster. It's the best Lord of the Rings website.

I said other because I don't think it's a large community. (There are a lot of members, but not everybody has posted stuff) I think it's that the community isn't too big so you don't feel lost. It means you an get to know people. And of course it's the type of people - everybody is really friendly. There is no 'them' and 'us' sort of thing.
I think the site has a welcoming and inviting layout. It's easy to read, easy to follow, and you don't have to wade through a lot of junk to find the quality! There's a personal touch about it that I think is the result of being run by only one person, which is really nice.

I think this website is different because it has a lot of sections that you can explore. It has graphics, bios, fan sections, forum etc... It's a very complete site that all LOTR fans can enjoy. ;D A-U.com Rules!

I picked 'other' for the same reasons Kleviar and Herenya said, it's a large site, but not so large that you feel lost, everyone on the forum is very welcoming and helpful, there's tons of great content, and above all, an amazing webmistress.

I said community as well, it just makes you feel so happy to know how lucky we are to have found this site, and met so many nice people, I would have also said the frequent updates, because that lets you know that everyone will work hard to keep the site in good condition, expecially the Moderators and Arwen the Webmaster ;D

I chose 'Other' - for me, what makes this site so different is that everything seems to be put together with much thought, effort, and sincerity. The site is run extremely professionally, and Arwen, you take the time to answer e-mails, update, and think up fun things to do such as the scavanger hunt...I'd have to say the webmistress makes this site special overall

But I think the fact that you design your own layout and graphics is also a big factor.

Im not trying to sound rude or anything, but i think Arwen Undomiel is just another LotR website. There are a lot of LotR sites that are like a community, the one ring and war of the ring, etc., and arwen undomiel is just like them.
