ur forgettin the battle of five armies. he could be in that as the elf prince.
but's thats getting off topic.
i reckon if they were to do it then they should revert back to the original timeline and make aragorn but a boy. (sorry ladies)

True. But who's to say PJ puts people where they belong-- look at Haldir at Helm's Deep, Arwen at the Fords, Elrond leaving Rivendell to tell Aragorn about Arwen, and the Gondorian women and children at Minas Tirith during the battle. True again. And you don't have to appoligize. Original timelines are alway the best-- I was just trying to make a point What I really think they should do about Aragorn in The Hobbit is-- leave him out comepletely *ducks*

I don't want any of them to appear in the Hobbit, at all! Aragorn is to young and Orlando Bloom as Legolas.... I don't think expressing my meening about him is appropriate here or anywhere else, for that matter. Let's just say I don't like him (at all, except when he was wounded in troy during the battle with that greek king. That was a great seen, almost made me laugh! Seeing OB crawling like that was great, so weak, so fragile....).

Lord of the Rings and the Hobbit were written as two seperate entities. The focus of the Hobbit has to stay true to the Ring and Bilbo meeting Gollum. Adding in LotR characters that were never mentioned in the book, would be distracting. As much as I would enjoy seeing young Aragorn, Legolas and possibly young Gimli, it would be like adding a young Theoden and Ecthelion. Neither have a place in the Hobbit. Keep the timeline and the story simple, stick to the characters Tolkien brought to life in the Hobbit.

lol Actually if they put Aragorn in as a wee boy then wouldn't he be called Estel? If they did that it would just really be a nod to the people who've read the books and the appendixes.

I think they should stay to the book as much as possible. I hated what they did to LotR and I will never forgive them for that but.... if they ruin The Hobbit for me, someone will be getting a very angry letter!! And Legolas in it?! No way! If they do that it will only be to get a load of Orly fan girls to go and see it (as has been said.) And then there's Arwen. Ok, it's probably just a load of lies what I heard about Arwen and the Hobbit, but they better not decide they need a 'feminine influence' like they did with LotR. Would she have been in Rivendell or Lothlorien then anyway? But, I don't want it to be made to be honest, so hopefully neither Aragorn, Legolas nor Arwen will be in it, because there won't be an 'it'. lol

I think that it would be cool..cuz i mean i think it would also be cool to just show Legolas once..so yea i think that would be cool to just have a cameo of Aragorn, when he was younger..
