Well, you can see my opinion about this here (same topic) but maybe you should read the books, they're wonderful!!

Lady Undomiel and Arien, your conversation is lovely, but just a little off-topic. Try to keep the conversation focuesed on Lothlorien in this thread, thanks! That's not to say that I'm never accused of going off-topic - a little bit is ok, but we have an entire page on this thread which is nothing but a conversation between you two about the DVD's, and has nothing to do with the thread topic. But I know it's very easy to get off-topic, as I've done that many times myself!

I agree, I thought Lothlorien was a bit too dark

Oh don't be! I was just kiding!
Sorry we went off topic, it's just that we were the only to in this thread so it...kinda happened.
It was a bit to dark during the day but the nights scenes were good.

Well, I love all the scenes in Lorien especially the Mirror of Galadriel while she's walking, then the elven city looks really beautiful.

No problem guys. Just a friendly reminder from someone who's guilty of the same thing, so don't feel too bad!

For what? We're talking about Lorien. But in the movie I miss some parts from the book...

For going off topic.
Lorien is so enchanting in the movies. The blue and the Lady's all white appearance are so mystifing.

Yes but when I watch the movies I've the same feeling. I was talking for moments like the Haldir and Legolas conversation for example, in the movie there's something like that but it's with Aragorn instead.

Yeah. They should have had it with Legolas! He barely talks as it is.

The part that I thought was just.. WOW was when they were leaving Lorien... the boats the fellowship used, as well as the swan-boats that the elves sat in as they left. *sigh* Everything about Lorien was just... beautiful.
