I liked Minas Tirith the best, the great gates, proud spires, all gleaming white. I think that the movie capture the essence of Gondor. I also like Edoras, and that was well done in both congruency with the book and difference from Minas Tirith.

I think they really did a good job with everything though Lorien could have been brighter and the Shire I think was the easiest to capture.

Well, I love these places but I sure think that one of the best captured locations was Moria, I mean when the fellowship enters and Gandalf shows them the mines it's so beautiful and the music is so magical...

O yeah! Moria was really well done. It started out so cool, the scene I mean.

Yes, I love to watch that, it's so realistic but in the same time magical...

Yeah. It's so sad and suspenseful when Gandalf falls.

Yes it is. The most sad for me was Aragorn's look then (still in Moria):

I love the Shire, but for me the best place was Rivendell, I thought it looked simply amazing...

Well, for me too. Rivendell is my fav place in Middle-Earth...

Rivendell is awesome with it's hustle and bustle and activity and peace. And Lothlorien is beautiful and tranquil with it's beauty, serenity, and the fact that it's the Undying lands born in Middle-earth. I really can't decide between the two.

Yes, it's quite hard to decide because the two places are so woderful! But I'm sure, Arien, that you prefer Lorien. Because I think you prefer everything related to Lorien and your fav character (or one of them) is Galadriel...

Yes that’s true but then the fact remains that Rivendell has more literature, action and a taste more familiar to us. But Lorien is so tranquil. I really can’t decide.
