Izzy sat down and sighed heavily, but didn't get time to relax for Fred and George had come in, she wuickly looked at Kelly and jumped out of her seat and went over to Ginny and hre friends to hide.
Izzy sat watching from the opposite side of the room as Kelly started to do something with Fred, Izzy had a feeling that she was pursauding Fred to ask her out, after 10mins fred started to make his way over to her, Izzy let out a sqeek and swore under her breath, Ginny looked at her and giggled and whispered "It's ok he likes you too" Izzy's heart soared but disaperared as Fred stopped in front of her.
"Hey" he said quickly as he blushed furiously, Izzy started up at him from the seat she was sat in, and managed to sqeek out a tiny and feeble hey. Fred grinned and spoke again, his voice shakiing
"Um well, Kelly just did this muggle game called MASH and she did it on me, and the rules went something like this" he started to rattle out the rules Izzy just started into his eyes, as though she was sinking in and couldn't get out, then he finally finsihed
"Anyway the girl that landed on was you, somnow i have to ask you out" Izzy blushed the same colour fred had gone but he carried on as he got into the proposal position grabbed her hand and went
"so Isobel Tonks will you, go out with me" Izzy blushed again and nodded and sqeeked out "Yes" Fred grinned and stood up and went back over to the others.
Izzy looked over at Kelly who had been watching and put up her thumbs, she breathed a sigh of relif, for the first time she had noticed that everyone was looking at her, she blushed again breathed in and went over to them and sat down on her chair trying to stop blushing.

( LOL i had to play with those rules... ask the person you land on out... i landed on my guy friend.... i never did ask him out cuz my mom would have killed me!! LOL but it was so hialrious!! )
Kelly giggled as she watched the new 'couple'. Kelly gave Izzy a thumbs up and walked back over. Izzy's face was pink from blushing. Kelly grinned and sat down, cheerfully. She started on her homework again.

Crystal went into the courtyard to di her homework. soon her school day was over. Crystal decided to skip dinner and go straight to the Ravenclaw common room. After a while of reading, Rachel came in a ploped down in one of the chairs. Crystal looked at her friend for a moment then went back to reading her book.

(hehe..that it does...no offense to J.K. Rolwing but Hermoine and Krum are not exactly my idea of a match made in heaven....i rather like the idea of Harry and Hermoine being a couple.)

( hehe... what am i some kinda match maker?? haha... i will 'persuade' harry to ask hermione out. yup george can ask crystal out.... now who wants to set me and Ron up?? hahahahahaha!! so much romance!! ... btw the names brynne, linwe hahahaha you knew that already tho huh?... ) Kelly saw Harry sitting on at a table...alone. Kelly smiled smugly. Now to play match maker again. Kelly pulled herself out of her chair once again. "Hey Harry." Kelly said yawning. "Tired?" Harry asked. "Oh ya... and still on my first piece of homework." "Here. Take mine, but Hermione's might be more accurate." Harry said thrusting his homework to her. "Thanks, speaking of Hermione..." Kelly smiled. "What?" Harry asked. "Well just a thought... do you happen to like her?" Kelly ask nonchelauntly. Harry blushed and dropped his eyes. "I KNEW IT!" Kelly yelpped. Several people looked their way. "Well... I... will you shut it?" Harry said. "Go ask her out... and get her homework for me, she likes you to." Kelly said pushing him out of his seat. Kelly smiled happily as Harry walked nervously over to Hermione. "Playing Cupid, are we?" George's voice said next to her. "Yup... why? Do YOU like someone?" Kelly said. "Yes." "WHO?" Kelly whispered excitedly. "Crys... not telling." George said changing his mind. "It's Crystal, from Ravenclaw, huh?" Kelly said happily. George nodded. "Cool. What's there not to like of Crystal. She's pretty, smart... everything I'M not." Kelly smiled. "Yeah i know... well Ron doesn't think that way...about you." George said. He stood up and hurried away before Kelly could ask any questions about his last comment. |

(i'd glady set you and Ron up...problem is i'm not in your house so it'd be hard for me too..unless Crystal started hanging out with you and the others during free period.)
Crystal closed her book and headed up to the dorm. Crystal grabbed her diary out from behind her pillows and opened to the page where she had made a list of people who would make good couples, at least in her opinion. 'Harry and Hermoine....Ron and Kelly.....Fred and Izzy', crystal read the lists off then added one other, 'George and Crystal' Crystal nearly laughedat herself. Why on Earth would George Weasley want to ask her out? Crystal stuck the dairy back under her pillow then changed out of her school robe into her sleep clothes. When she lay down she decided to try and put the couples she had writen down together...or at least try to. Soon Crystal was asleep.

Hermione was furiously writing her essay, that she didn't even notice Harry approach her. She finally noticed that he was standing in front of her, and looked up. His adam's apple was throbbing madly.
"You know your adam's apple is throbbing, right Harry?" Hermione teased him.
He quickly placed his hand over his throat. "I...um..."
"You um?" Hermione repeated, confused by what he was going to say.
"You wanna go to Hogsmead nest weekend with me?" He mumbled.
Hermione's jaw dropped. Harry stared at her and slowly began to back off, thinking he had made a huge mistake by asking her out. "Harry!" She called. "I'd love to go to Hogsmead with you." She exclaimed breathlessly. She blushed deeply and went back to her homework.
Harry grinned and walked over toward Ron. "I got myself a date for the Hogsmead trip next weekend." He declared proudly.
"Who?" Ron asked,
"Hermione." Harry said.
"It's about time!" Ron exclaimed.
Harry looked at him, confused.
"You guys have liked each other since our first year I think." Ron said.
"I know someone who likes you too." Harry said.
"What? Are you kidding?" Ron exclaimed.
"Nope. It's Ke...." Harry paused, grinning. "Oops. Promised not to tell."
"Is it Kelly?" Ron asked.
"Maybe." Harry said mischieviously. "I know you've liked her for the longest time."
Ron's ears turned bright red. He avoided Harry's glance and turned back to his homework. So Kelly Barnes liked him too!

((there's still the yule ball to come, so people can get all romantic about that *glances at Morwen* hmm, why dont we 'annouce' it early, so everyone can get a date Also, maybe Crystal could hang out with Rachel, and Rachel is friends with me (Jenn), so she can meet George a bit more, and get a chance to 'set up' Ron. )) Jenn looked up at the notice board. There was a Hogsmeade trip next week end. She guessed that Fred would go with Izzy, so that left George and Rachel for company. Sick of homework, Jenn stood up and stretched. "Hey Izzy," she said, "Want to come and take Hope for a fly? You can bring Andromeda if you want." |

Crystal woke up about ten minutes after she fell asleep. sighing, she got up and went to the common room. Crystal noticed that many of the other Ravenclaws had gone to bed already, but Rachel was still sitting in her chair. Crystal rolled her eyes and walked over to the notice board and saw the Hogsmade notice. Crystal shrugged, she didn't want to go this, since many people were going with some they liked. Crystal sat down in a chair and remembered she had homework. Crystal sighed and grabbed her bag from by the fireplace where she had left it. She opened it, took out her books, quills, parchment and ink then started on her homework.

Hermione smiled at Kelly, who looked very paniced. "You did a very good job at playing matchmaker though, Kelly." She said. "Thank you. And yes, I will help you with your homework."
