What is your opinion of Orlando Bloom?

i liked him a lot better in pirates than in lotr...but i don't see why everyone is so critical of him in other movies...i mean, the guy's still rather new to the acting world isn't he? he has plenty of time to develop his skills the more movies he plays in.

I really have no opinion either way. he looks good, but he's twice my age, so that doesnt count with me.

His acting isn't the best, but i think thats probably due to the roles he's played, and the fact that he is fairly new to the acting world.

nah, i think he could probably do better. hes a nice guy and everything, but *bleh*. i dont fancy the man and whilst he was good as legolas and as will, he needs to work it a bit. must try harder.

well im obsessed with him! haha i think hes very hot, very sweet, and a great actor. no i dont only like him for his looks. i become obsessed with legolas first because of the character first not the looks. i thought leggy was awesome and so cool! orlando did this. then i thought he was hot and started to appreciate orlando more and more. thats my opinion.

^ good points! i don't like it when people are disrespectful of celebrities. it's ok to be constructively critical, but it should never go so far as to bash on another person. some are a little more likeable than others, but just remember that movie stars are people just like us! they have feelings and emotions as well!

yay i agree with both of you! i think he's not only very attractive and sweet...but an amazing actor! i think he did wonderful in lotr! he really brought me to believe legolas was real!

I used to not really care about Orlando, I just left him to the 13 year olds. When I first saw LotR, I was a huge Elijah fan.
But since LotR Elijah has gone off and made some really crappy movies, (pardon the language) and looking at what he has comming up, that is what he will continue making.

Now on the other had, looking at what Orlando will be doing , I think is great. I like the fact that his movies so far are set in pre-1900. I think that is great.

Yes, I also think he is drop-dead cute, but there is never the possibility of my marrying him, so I just need to get on with my life. I so would dearly love to meet him and get his autograph. But, I don't think even that will happen.

So if he ever gets married, he need to chose the right girl, and not go around like Brittney S. and dumping them after the first night...Of course I don't think he would do that, but you get what I mean.

I think Orlando did a great job acting in LotR, but I like his looks better in PotC.

So, Orlando pick the right girl. Let her be good. and Good luck...

I think that Oreo is very hot, but isn't a particularly good actor. NO OFFENSE! Listen to the rest of what i havet o say. Most of the actors today aren't actually very good, but there are a few exceptions. So even if he isn't a very good actor, you shouldn't bash him for it because most of Hollywood is the same, if that makes sense. He is better than a lot of the people getting major roles today.

I don't dislike Orlando, but I'm not crazy about him. Teenage fangirls drive me insane. He doesn't like girls who constantly swoon over him, either.

My question is, how can you NOT be an obsessed fangirl when your avatar says "I could have Orlando", underneath that says, "Orlando is mine", your banners consist mainly of Orlando, and you talk about how you would like to bear his child? No offense or anything, I'm just... confused. I don't see the logic.
