Yup. As clear as hard as a diamond yet soft as moonlight.
I would Love to wear one of her dresses. I love Arwen's dresses but I more imagine them wearing Galadriel's style. But I also think that Galadriel didn't wear a sleeves on her dress during the Mirror scene because in the book it says she raised her "white arms". Wouldn't that mean they were bare. I've seen pictures of her wearing a dress without sleeves and also; Tolkien was trying to create a new mythology so the toga style thing like the greeks might be expected.
Though I prefer the medieval look PJ gave them.

I don't know. Her arms would be white whether they were bare or not. I think it more likely that she had sleeves...either way, I'm sure it would look lovely.

it wouldve been nice to see Galadriel wearing a Greek toga style dress though - you know, a little bit of variety from the long sleeved look? xTx

Prolog Dress / Grey Havens and Grey Haven Cloak I think I like the most. But, I think all her clothes are beautiful. ;D

That could be ture, although I think it's more likely that she didn't have sleeves, seeing from how Tolkien describes clothing and body. it wouldve been nice to see Galadriel wearing a Greek toga style dress though - you know, a little bit of variety from the long sleeved look? [/img] I prefer the look PJ gave her, though it wouldn't look bad. Prolog Dress / Grey Havens and Grey Haven Cloak I think I like the most. But, I think all her clothes are beautiful.[/img] They're all definetly beautiful, they are different in little ways and that's what makes each one so special. I wonder if there are any of Tolkien's drawing of her out there?

Yes, in some cases I love the Mirror dress more, espeically the sleeves.

The Grey Havens dress won out, but it was a difficult choice between that and the Silverload Cloak.

I like the style of that gown, especially from the front.
