I hate that scene where Frodo wakes up too. I loathe the way he says 'Gandalf?' Ahhhhhhhhhh!!!! And the Paths of the Dead. Basically, I hated every scene changed from the book and all the cheesy things. And Legolas killing the oliphaunt....let's just say Tolkien would be turning in his grave

Arwen's vision, was very boring and would it kill her son to smile when he looks at his mother? But i suppose she needed more screentime.

Yes I agree, Thorondor ^^^, I don't like Arwen in the films so obviously I don't like her scenes (duh!) it was a tinsy bit sad for me but not really. Don't really think I'm making sense right now...

[glow=red,2,300]My least fave scene is when Denethor is mean to Faramir, I just want to scream out loud of anger when I see it [/glow]

I didn't like the Deagol and Smeagol one very much either, and I didn't like the reforging of Narsil and when Elrond brings Anduril to Aragorn, it was just stupid to me. And I diidn't much like the Paths of the Dead....But I do LOVE the rest realy the reforging of narsil is my favorite scene, i agree i didnt like the paths of the dead, it seems pointless without the attack on the corsairs

I also hated the scene where Frodo told Sam to go home. I just cannot understand, why did the have to change it? Think that PJ just got a littele like... that he thought that he had power, that if he wanted, they could change almost everything... Can't really explain it Of course I understand that they couldn't keep it all the same like it was in the book, but there really was some things that didn't need to be changet, and it was. I suck at explaining complicated things >XD

I didn't like the first part of the film very much with Sméagol and Déagol. Especially when Déagol gets pulled by the fish under the water. That looks very fake. And also the part where the army of the dead are coming out of the black ship and defeat the whole army of the enemy in like 2 minutes. Very fake too.

Least favourite? I don't have a least favourite scene, I love them all! The one and only scene from the whole trilogy that it's least favourite that sure is 'The Return of the Shadow' from FOTR - wow I can't listen anymore Gandalf explaining 'This is the One Ring...' ...

Wow a lot of you don't like the smeagol/deagol scene. I love that scene! I agree with the people that said the scenes with Legolas, they make me sooo mad. And the scene with Arwen and her son. Well basically any scene with Arwen. They're extremely annoying and unneccessary.
But I have to say that the part when Frodo wakes up is by far my least least least favorite part. I cringe every time I see it. I don't like the "You bow to no one" scene either though because Aragorn sounds like such an idiot. And it's incredibly sappy. Frodo dangling down in Mount Doom really upsets me as well because it's so fake. He fell!! There's no way he could have held on. A lot of people don't like when Frodo sends Sam away, but I liked it. When I read your reasoning I understood what you meant but I just like it for some reason:).
Well as you can tell there were quite a few scenes that I didn't like. RotK was my least favorite out of the three. I found a lot of it was waaay too cheesy.

He did it for all those Orlando Bloom fans, and I thought it was alsome because the movie helps break bonds between the real and digital world

Yay for Legolas! I love that scene, and frankly I think it's just another way of showing the things that Elves are capable of that others simply cannot do!

I loved that scene! ;D I don't know why people hate the scenes with Legolas . One of the scenes I did NOT like was when Faramir was reporting to Denethor and then Denethor tells him to go back to Osgilioth (sp!) and Denethor is like "That depends on the manner of your return" when Faramir says he hopes his father will think better of him.....did I just make that really confusing or what? lol .....anyway, I also didn't like how the army of the dead won the battle so quickly I liked that battle scene and I wish it would've lasted longer Oh, and I didn't really like the Smeagol/Dreagol scene either, but I loved the movie, so the good parts make up for the bad ;D
