Yeah no villain is complete without the evil laugh! The King of the Dead Army got one, why not Saruman? *grumbles*

Indeed! I love the way the face of the King of the Dead melts away to the skeleton as he laughs!

Am I the only one who wasn't that scared by the Nazgul? The Witch King is cool but he wasn't particularly frightening to me...

I gota admit - the very first time i saw the Nazgul - i was petrified...you know the scene in Bree where you see the bar owner, Butterbur hiding from them and you see the 5 of them walk past, all with the identical pose?!?! *shudders* THAT was freaky - they, in my opinion, embody fear... xTx

*ponders* I can see why they are meant to be frightening... maybe I'm just immune to them because I watch too many horror films.

I love the Nazgul in the movie; I thought that they were pretty scary. Not nightmare scary lol, but I think that they were effective. My favorite villian is Gollum though.

Yes Gollum represents that very Jekyll and Hyde terror- you never know when the vicious side is going to jump out!

I think Sauron is a great villain... especially when Frodo has the ring on in The Prancing Pony and you hear Sauron saying:
"THERE IS NO LIFE... IN THE VOID. ONLY... DEATH."
WAH such a freaky way that he says it... *shivers*

Saurman makes an alsome villian
Christopher Lee's voice, dialect, and charisma adds so much to his chacters
