Yeah...if I could seriously wear any clothes in the world without trying to be "cool", it would be elven dresses.

Hmm. Back to the main topic here, having a seamstress make it for you would be best, I think...but there's several things you might want to think about, anyone who does that. -How accurate do you want it? The main problem is the lack of princess seams, if a seamstress doesn't understand your need for accuracy she might simply add them. It does make a difference in appearance. Also, there is a tight undersleeve, which may suggest an underdress...visit www.alleycatscratch.com/lotr for more information. -What do you want it made out of? The original dress is made out of wool, and if you're wearing it in summer, that might be rather hot. Check the above site for material suggestions.

Well, if ebay doesn't work, or amazon, then I don't know myself. You do mean an identical dress to that one, not the exact copy the actress wore right? Sorry I can't be of any help.
