Personally this is my fav of the three, but that's just my opinion ;D. I also liked ROTK. But this one has more building of the characters and is more interesting. I like the Elrond/Gandalf scene "our list of allies grows thin" and of course the council of Elrond. The EE has more of this on it..like Gandalf uttering the speech of Mordor. Also there is more of Lorien on the EE, so much is lost on the shorter versions, when you watch the EE many things are explained. Of course you have to wait for the EE Two Towers to find out why Arwen was giving Aragorn the evil eye when he leaves.

[glow=purple,2,300] I also liked it the best of the three... I thought it was robbed at the Oscars! I mean "A beautiful mind" was a good movie, but it just didn't compare to Fellowship of the ring, and it certainly hasnt been rememberd as long or as fondly since either.
I liked The two towers, but it was my least favorite of the three. AND I loved Return of the King, but it was to "busy" and split your attention too much between what was happening... Fellowship was the best for me because your attention was always on the journey of the ring... and not cuts between the rings journey and all the diversion battles and side stories. But that's just what I think

I see totally where your coming from, most people say they prefer the FOTR, again because it's the beginging of the adventure and like you said your attention was always set on the journey of the ring...

It's impossible for me to pick a real fav. It just CAN'T be done! There are way too many great parts to pick JUST ONE. Touching parts. Ones that make your tears flow. You know? Love Synariel/Orelinde

I can't pick either! Hmm. Lets think...when it comes to art and all...I think one of my favorites is the scene early on when the camera climbs up the Barad Dur miniature...it's an incredible piece of work. Oh wait. I know. Boromir's death scene...that made me cry in the book, even though it was just mentioned, and I think that is one scene Peter Jackson did wonderfully.

Yes, hard to pick. I can't say it really because I love the most of the scenes so much and it depends in which mood I am, if I favour this or that. FOTR is really difficult to tell. The other movies are not quite easier, but a little bit.

The part i love the most is when Arwen is coming and summon those Water-Horses in the river... When Frodo is about to die... Does anyone know what she is saying..? It sounds like a spell... But it sounds pretty...

I really like the Nazgul themes... The first meeting in the dark forest ... it's great... The music makes it perfect.. It's like you won't be afraid if there won't be the music... And I like it when Frodo and Sam walk through newzealand .. Very nice. realy

i like it on the ee where the fellowship is just about to leave rivendell and aragorn looks at arwen - thats a beautiful scene - and again on the ee when frodo's dying and sam looks over him and says "Look mr.frodo it's mr.bilbo's trolls" the way he says that is so funny
